We are very pleased to welcome Lucia Casalegno as a new PhD candidate in the Sustainability Research Group. Within the EXPECT-AGRI project (led by Prof. Janina Grabs), she researches the implementation of due diligence legislation in sustainable supply chains, with a focus on commodities such as cocoa, coffee, and palm oil in Colombia.

Lucia holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Resource Management from TU Munich and has gained international experience at the University of Turin, GIZ, and in Munich-based start-ups. A warm welcome to the team, Lucia!
